Synopsis
How do we spend our time? Do we have enough of it for love ones? Does quantity rule over quality?
These are questions that every singaporean faces in their life walk. A mother goes marketing with a daughter who wants to go shopping. A father plays soccer with his basketball loving son. A boyfriend tries to buy love for his girlfriend who just want to spend time with him. An elderly grandfather left alone receives an e-mail birthday greeting from his family. The family sits quietly and watches TV, not saying a word. On the surfaces these look like your typical happy family activities, spending time with each other. Everything looks okay, but is it?
...When a thief comes, no one knows that he is there.

Synopsis
RECESSION, DEPRESSION, MARKET COLLAPSE - these are things we worry about when it comes to business and money.
Common Cents looks at how a group of very different, people deals with their money. A young aspiring businessman, a newly wed couple, an elderly gentleman, and a secondary school girl. Individuals living their lives, going to school, building businesses and spending their retirement CPF.
Everything seems fine until an unexpected market reccession which turn their lives into turmoil and intertwines their destinies. Initially living for themselves, they will soon have to decide on the thing that is most important in their lives and sacrifice something dear to them. But what will it be? Is money the root to all evil? Or is it the person who owns the money?

Synopsis
Is there life after retirement ? Is there value in old age ? What does it mean to age gracefully? Golden Years is a story that attempts to examine the society’s perception towards the older population in Singapore.
Rejected by society and left forgotten by their families in the old folk’s home, 3 elderly men; AH HOCK, MUTHU and ZUL are ready to fade into oblivion while waiting for death to take them to their real home. That is until; AH HOCK’s son got into money troubles. Despite being neglected by their children, the 3 seniors banded together to put up a concert to help raise money for AH HOCK’s son. Little did they realize that in doing so they got more than what they asked for. They got something that money could not buy - value and worth.
